IFRS 17 2018 Luncheon Series Revisited
City of London, United Kingdom
As we approach the end of 2018 we will be returning to the City of London, to follow up on the IFRS 17 Lunch that took place in January earlier this year. Previous and new guests are invited to join us for lunch at Eight Private Members Club in the City of London from 12.00 to 14.00 on Tuesday 4th December 2018, where we will be discussing IFRS 17 challenges and the solutions identified during the course of 2018.
Across the globe an unprecedented wave of new reporting and regulatory requirements is driving change and significantly impacting the way insurers operate. The new financial reporting standard IFRS 17 represents the most significant change to insurance accounting requirements for over 20 years and is aimed at harmonising insurance operations and providing transparency across the globe.
During 2018, Millennium Consulting travelled across the globe gathering IFRS 17 Decision-Makers together to discuss the issues involved and the challenges ahead. As the year draws to a close, we are revisiting these key financial hubs to find out what progress has been made, the issues that have arisen and what solutions have been put in place.
· Revisit key issues raised at the previous meeting and review progress made during the course of 2018
· Current state review including internal collaboration
· IFRS 17 future time scales
· Operational challenges
· Alternative approaches
Please register below to attend this exclusive lunch. Please note that with numbers limited we can only guarantee places for previous London attendees although there may be room for additional IFRS 17 decision-makers depending upon overall numbers.
£30 cover charge applies.
